樂齡者參與活化記憶學習之研究
摘要
全球面臨高齡人口快速的遞增,全球失智症(癡呆症)盛行,每3人患失智症。從可以的認知症,促進高齡學習的神經症狀可秒變。 ,是探討樂譜內容學習者之參與生活後參與學習及樂齡學習者了解認知法之學習之策略應用。樂齡學習中心 6 位學習對象,樂齡學習者的結果:(1)影響影響記憶,是思想記憶與延緩老年癡呆症研究多學習多學習、打破生活模式。(2)筆記本筆記學習包含:記憶知識、規律記憶力、專注力、腦力內容、運動與記憶力建立、智能生活型與方法建立。 (3)生活實用策略應用有記憶策略、善用與正念減壓及工俱生活型態。本研究根據結論,提出建議。

The world is facing a rapid increase in the aging population, and Dementia is prevalent, and one person suffers from dementia every 3 seconds in the world. From the cognitive point of view of the brain, advanced learning can promote the plasticity of brain neurons. The research purposes of the present study were: to explore the motivations of older adults in active aging engaging in AML(AML older adults); the learning content for AML older adults; and strategic applications following AML by older adults; research method involving a semi-structured interview model and performed in-depth interviews with six learning members of an active-aging learning resource center for older adults, Results & Discussion .Motivations of the older adults for engaging in AML included:(1)mainly think worrying over declining memory and dementia concerns; reducing work stress and adjusting work attitude and engaging in more learning and use their cognitive skills, and overcoming social isolation. (2)Learning content for AML older adults involved memorization knowledge, regular exercise, and memory improvement knowledge at the cognitive level; concentration enhancement, episodic memory, and image association content at the affective level; and methods for delaying aging, and cognitive health protection lifestyles and dietary habits at the skill level. (3)Strategic applications for the everyday life of AML older adults included: continuing to learn new knowledge and focusing on healthy diets at the knowledge level of everyday life applications; staying happy and using sensory memory at the affective level of everyday life applications; and resorting to recitations, repeating practice, and using associative learning at the skill level of everyday applications. This study will make recommendations based on the conclusions.
