With the growing problem of small children and population aging in China, the development of the economic, medical, and educational systems has brought about new changes in the school education system. Teachers must also strive for innovative teaching methods to increase students’ willingness to learn. And creativity. In recent years, the age of education teachers in our country tends to be elderly, which leads to the myth and misunderstanding of elderly teachers in the society. It is believed that the lack of creativity and mobility in elderly teachers is a major impediment to education's inability to innovate. Therefore, based on the two-factor theory, this study provides schools with strategies to promote the creative teaching performance of elderly teachers. It hopes to promote the creative teaching performance of elderly teachers and enables teachers to be willing to work, discover new teaching methods and improve teaching quality.
