Trial Evaluation and Analysis of Sleep Assistive Devices for Far Infrared Electric Heating Cloth
摘要
Insomnia symptoms include difficulty falling asleep, unable to maintain sleep, easy to wake up and so on. In general, if there are more than three nights a week, it is defined as insomnia in medicine. This study was conducted during 16 March to 16 May 2017 for 30-year-old and above, with sleepiness, no special major disease, and a one-month experience of far-infrared sleep assistive devices. Through the self-fill questionnaires from 45 samples of experience before and after, we evaluate the improved sleep quality. The results of the subjective assessment of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale (PSQI), the percentage of the improved sleep quality was significantly increased, the six facets including "subjective sleep quality", "sleep lag", "total sleep time", "habitual sleep efficiency", "sleep disturbance" and "daytime dysfunction". The future recommendations continue to develop sleep assistive devices through the clinical trials, and further develop strategies for improving sleep benefits and assist in the implementation of sleep findings at the level of life.
